Shipping policy

After we have receive and process payments in full, packages will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. TPP Lip Care Co. takes extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage. TPP Lip Care Co. cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the US Postal Service handling. Once the package is in the possession of the USPS; the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the USPS. Once the package has been delivered by the USPS; the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Guaranteed

TPP Lip Care Co. ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. Lastly TPP Lip Care Co. forfeits responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.
